The Investors Relations Head serves as the primary liaison between Nozom Consulting and its current and prospective investors, ensuring transparent, timely, and strategic communication throughout the company's IPO journey and beyond. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining investor confidence, managing market reputation, and ensuring full compliance with Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul disclosure requirements. The position plays a critical strategic role in positioning Nozom as a credible, governance-driven, and investment-worthy public entity. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with Nozom's IPO objectives and post-listing communication roadmap Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional and retail investors, analysts, and financial media Prepare and coordinate investor presentations, quarterly earnings releases, annual reports, and roadshow materials in collaboration with Finance and Governance teams Ensure all investor communications and financial disclosures comply with CMA regulations, Tadawul listing requirements, and international best practices Monitor and analyze market perception, investor sentiment, and competitor IR activities, providing strategic insights to executive leadership Coordinate closely with external IPO advisors, legal counsel, financial auditors, and capital market consultants throughout the listing process Manage shareholder engagement initiatives, including AGM preparation, investor queries, and stakeholder feedback channels Establish and maintain IR protocols, disclosure policies, and crisis communication frameworks in alignment with governance standards Build and maintain the IR section of the company website and investor database systems Represent Nozom at investor conferences, capital market forums, and engagement events as required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or professional certifications (CFA, CPA, or IR certification) preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in investor relations, capital markets, financial communications, or corporate finance, with demonstrated experience supporting or managing IPO processes. Prior experience in listed companies or advisory firms within the Saudi or GCC capital markets is highly desirable. Financial Acumen : Strong understanding of financial reporting, valuation, capital markets dynamics, and investment analysis Strategic Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English, with ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively Stakeholder Management : Proven ability to build trust and manage relationships with diverse investor groups, regulators, and senior executives Regulatory & Compliance Awareness : In-depth knowledge of CMA regulations, Tadawul requirements, and corporate governance frameworks Leadership & Discretion : High integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment in handling sensitive market and financial information Analytical & Market Insight : Ability to interpret market trends, investor feedback, and competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions Seniority level
