Senior Specialist - Document Control. CDU772 Responsibilities
Work with Development team to develop document control procedures and workflows using standard templates and tools within prescriber parameters of the portfolio Collect project performance data such as open requests for information, document status, and overdue document approvals Track potential changes and approved changes and provide visibility with the client and project management. Maintain version control and configuration management Flow-down document control requirements to vendors and support integration into the document control system Manage Controls Data via Aconex / BIM or any other approved PMIS systems and tools Requirements
An associate degree with minimum of five years of practitioner experience with Document Control, or any equivalent combination of education and experience Expert level working knowledge of Aconex System and familiarity with other document control products Minimum of two years' experience on a development project Excellent knowledge of document control processes, change management and documentation practices Strong attention to detail and expertise in version control and configuration management Experienced with SharePoint and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) + Acrobat Strong oral and written communication skills across all levels Ability to organize and analyze large volumes of information Details
