We envisage success in this role to include; Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner. Review submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice. Report any works carried out by contractor found to not be in accordance with approved drawing and specifications and report to stakeholders for appropriate action. Conducting thorough inspections of low current systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, BMS, and data networks Reviewing and verify installation works against approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes Monitoring contractor performance and ensure quality control throughout the installation process Identifying non-conformities and issue inspection reports with corrective action recommendations Coordinating with MEP teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues Maintaining accurate records of inspections, test results, and progress reports Participating in testing and commissioning activities for low current systems Ensuring compliance with safety standards and project timelines To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 5 years work experience partnered with a Diploma or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
