About the Role

Retal Travel & Tourism is expanding its team looking for a talented Travel Consultant to join us. We provide high-quality travel solutions for individuals and corporate clients, offering competitive fares, VIP services, and reliable 24 / 7 support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and process flight bookings.
Work efficiently with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
Issue, reissue, void, and modify airline tickets.
Provide clients with the best fare options based on price, routing, and timing.
Manage travel requests for corporate clients and maintain B2B relationships.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve booking-related issues.
Prepare quotations for individuals and companies.
Record daily transactions and follow up on payments.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in travel or ticketing.

Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo).

Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Good command of English (spoken and written).

Preferred : Experience in corporate travel bookings.
