We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead strategy and execution across campaigns that drive scalable growth, engagement, and retention. You’ll shape the marketing vision, grow the department, and work cross-functionally to turn ideas into measurable results. Ultimately, the success of the marketing department will be measured by your ability to drive substantial revenue growth and exponential scaling and retention of the Maharat user base. This position is fully remote and full-time. USD 3,500-5,000 monthly salary range — ideal for professionals looking to move back home or to more affordable markets than Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy Development and Execution
Research audience behavior, industry trends, benchmarks, and competitive landscape to build data-driven campaign strategies that align with business objectives. Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative content ideas, activation strategies, and other marketing initiatives. Manage and oversee development of detailed campaign rollout plans at the marketing function and channel level. Oversee execution and rollout of media plans, social media content, email campaigns, etc. and synchronize content calendars across all marketing channels to ensure alignment with the developed strategies. Content Ideation & Creation
Lead content ideation for all marketing channels, including paid marketing assets, emails, organic, influencers, PR, etc., supported by visual references for the creative team where relevant. Oversee coordination with the creative team to develop campaign assets that align with the marketing strategy and reflect audience and market insights. Provide strategic feedback and direction to the creative and production teams across all content streams related to marketing. Paid Marketing
Translate overall campaign strategy into high-performing paid marketing initiatives, driving growth in revenue and user acquisition. Lead cost efficient marketing campaigns with a strong focus on optimizing LTV : CAC ratio and maximizing return on ad spend. Oversee performance reporting and insights, ensuring continuous documentation of learnings and applying refinements to improve future campaigns. CRM and Lifecycle Marketing
Develop CRM marketing and lead generation strategies to engage, retain, and grow the user base. Drive the strategy and execution of customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and social media—leveraging CRM templates, audience segmentation, and A / B testing to deliver personalized experiences, increase conversion, and maximize retention. Activations & Rollout
Ideate and plan offline and online brand activations as part of overall campaign rollouts. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute activations seamlessly, ensuring they support the broader marketing strategy. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. At least 7 years of marketing experience, with a major focus on strategy and campaign planning. At least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple marketing functions. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools and digital products. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with technical and creative teams, as well as senior leadership. Experience in B2C understanding of paid marketing. Deep knowledge of the Arab market and cultural nuances, especially in the GCC. Seniority level
