Draftsman CAD Operator

The Draftsman / CAD Operator is responsible for producing precise and detailed technical drawings that serve as the foundation for fabrication and installation works. This position requires a strong understanding of architectural and interior design drawings, excellent technical skills, and coordination with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of project execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drawing Review & Preparation

Study and review architectural and interior design drawings received from the client or consultant.

• Identify relevant design details, dimensions, and materials in line with project requirements.
• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as‑built drawings according to project standards and timelines.

2. Coordination & Analysis

Review the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and align it with the signed contract scope of work.

Verify and adapt as‑built measurements obtained from the project site into final fabrication drawings.

4. Fabrication & Production Support

Once fabrication drawings are approved, prepare printed and digital copies for the production department.

5. Quality & Compliance

Adhere to company quality control standards, safety procedures, and documentation protocols.
