Job Summary In this role, you will participate in and support the construction function operations in KSA and the Middle East. You will support constructability plans, estimates, construction engineering deliverables, training, construction design related decisions, project assessments, recommendations, proposal efforts, and staffing activities. Your interdisciplinary coordination will help ensure designs are safe, constructible, and cost effective.

Major Responsibilities

Supports construction function activity to staff projects and re-assign professional staff

Coordinates and maintains career development activity and records including the delivery of training in the construction function.

Maintains / develops construction processes and procedures, systems and tools

Coordinates with projects to implement Quality Management System

Promotes development of enterprise applications

Contributes to proposal efforts

Education and Experience Requirements

Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience
