Key Responsibilities

• Contract Administration : Manage all contracts and subcontracts related to the project (EPC, subcontractors, vendors, consultants). Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
• Commercial Management : Monitor and control project costs and budgets with the commercial and finance teams. Conduct valuations, variations, and change management procedures. Support cost forecasting and cash flow projections.
• Claims & Disputes : Identify, prepare, and manage claims including extensions of time (EoT), variations, and disputes. Coordinate with legal counsel as required and participate in negotiation and resolution processes.
• Risk Management : Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies. Monitor obligations and ensure timely notifications and compliance with milestones and deliverables.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure contractual obligations are understood and met. Represent Worley in meetings related to commercial and contractual matters.
