Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Quality Control Executive to support our food safety and quality operations across multiple sites. This field-based role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about maintaining high standards in food safety, hygiene, and quality. The successful candidate will assist in audits, product evaluations, reporting, and training to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine quality and hygiene audits at food service outlets and production sites
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HACCP and food safety procedures
- Perform sensory evaluations and basic microbiological tests on food products
- Support in investigating food quality issues and documenting root causes
- Prepare and maintain accurate audit and inspection reports
- Participate in corrective and preventive action (CAPA) follow-ups
- Provide on-ground support during new store openings or special audits
- Deliver basic food safety training to operational staff under supervision
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, storage, and handling procedures
- Report findings to the senior quality team and elevate major non-conformities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology , Food Science , Food Manufacturing , or Microbiology2–3 years of experience in a quality control / food safety role(preferably in QSR , catering , retail , or hospitality sectors)Basic understanding of Food Safety Standards , HACCP , and MicrobiologyFamiliarity with Root Cause Analysis and Quality Control Tools#J-18808-Ljbffr
