سوف يكون للبائع دور محوري في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتقديم خدمة عملاء مميزة، من خلال التفاعل المباشر مع العملاء وفهم احتياجاتهم وتقديم الحلول المناسبة
: المهام والمسؤوليات
استقبال العملاء وتقديم المساعدة بطريقة ودودة واحترافية
فهم احتياجات العملاء واقتراح المنتجات المناسبة
تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الفردية والجماعية
الإلمام التام بمنتجات وخدمات بستاني
إتمام عمليات البيع بدقة وكفاءة
المساهمة في خلق بيئة عمل إيجابية ومرحبة
التعامل مع استفسارات وشكاوى العملاء باحترافية
المساعدة في عرض المنتجات وتنظيم المخزون
المشاركة في الاجتماعات والدورات التدريبية الخاصة بالفريق
المؤهلات المطلوبة
يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال المبيعات بالتجزئة. ( ولكن ليست شرط اساسي )
مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة عالية على التعامل مع الآخرين
التوجه نحو خدمة العملاء والحرص على رضاهم
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل أو ضمن فريق
إجادة أساسيات الحساب والقراءة والكتابة
القدرة على التكيف والرغبة في التعلم
شغف بالمبيعات وتحقيق الأهداف
