Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction, including internal and external governance, leadership, program level tracking and monitoring, prioritization, communication, and quality controls.
• Executes successful project delivery, improves project management practices and leads substantial team development. Runs CSG solution large and complex programs with third parties and client retained estates with integration needs.
• Sponsors / creates / leads initiatives benefiting the Delivery practice or CSG improvement; mentors and collaborates with less experienced PMs.
• Manages complex programs and projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors and delivery methods; leads the relationship and strategic management of vendors, client and CSG where SI is mandated; ensures a robust control and governance framework for delivery.
• Initiates and approves project documentation, delivery approach and success criteria, and provides input to the SDR for internal program approval.
• Creates and executes the program approach and planning to deliver against client and CSG objectives and targets, coordinating multiple related components and projects.
• Responsible for project / program budget planning and adherence, provides metrics and reporting to keep projects on track, and implements continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Communicates effectively with teams and stakeholders, facilitating senior level discussions and meetings, both internal and external.
