Key Responsibilities : Coordinate and assign daily tasks to meet production targets. Identify equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance for resolution. Monitor machine performance and reduce waste. Support team development and training. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and 5S standards. Actively participate in line operations when needed. Qualifications : Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics with 3–5 years of experience. Basic troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.
