Job description : Maintenance Planning & Execution :
Plan, coordinate, and execute scheduled preventive maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment reliability. Equipment Troubleshooting & Repair :
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and carry out repairs on a variety of equipment (e.g., Steam Boilers, Thermal Oil Boilers, air compressors, conveyors, Water Pumps, HVAC systems). Continuous Improvement :
Suggest and implement improvements to reduce downtime and increase equipment efficiency; participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing plant performance and productivity. Health, Safety & Compliance :
Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies during maintenance tasks; ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards for all maintenance work; conduct risk assessments and participate in safety audits as required. Team Collaboration :
Work closely with production, quality, and other departments to ensure smooth equipment operation and minimize production disruption; support training and mentoring of junior technicians or newly hired maintenance personnel. Inventory & Spare Parts Management :
Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and ensure critical spares are available when needed; liaise with vendors and suppliers for procurement of equipment and parts. Education and Experience
Academic and professional qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, or a related field. Experience :
5-7 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing project management or industrial environment. Skills

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently. Attention to Detail :
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in preventive maintenance and repairs. Communication :
Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; good teamwork and collaboration skills, working closely with production, safety, and other teams. Time Management :
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple maintenance jobs under pressure. Adaptability :
Flexible in adapting to changing work demands and emergency breakdown situations. Health and Safety Knowledge :
