Project Controls Specialist (Data & Analytics) (Oil & Gas, EPC) - Saudi Arabia

Eram Talent is looking for a skilled Project Controls Specialist with a focus on Data & Analytics to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering high-quality project control solutions by leveraging data analytics to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project management within the Oil & Gas and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) sectors. Your expertise will help in streamlining processes and improving decision-making through insightful data analysis. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project control data analysis frameworks to provide actionable insights. Create and implement dashboards and reporting tools that visualize key project metrics. Monitor project performance, cost variances, and timelines using advanced analytical techniques. Identify trends and anomalies in project data and recommend corrective actions to project managers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analysis into project control processes. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all project forecasting and reporting activities. Assist in the development of project control policies and procedures that incorporate data analytics. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project controls within the Oil & Gas or EPC sectors. Project lifecycle exposure preferred from conceptual Engineering down to PRE-FEED, FEED and Execution. Experience in oil & gas EPC project controls (scheduling, cost estimating / controls) progressive experience preferred Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively. Familiarity with project management methodologies and standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Proactive problem-solving abilities and proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
