Job descriptionPreparing and serving all types of hot and cold beverages with high quality. Operating the cashier and accurately handling customer orders. Providing excellent service to guests with friendliness and professionalism. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area. Previous experience in the same field. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact politely and professionally. إعداد المشروبات : إتقان تحضير القهوة والمشروبات الساخنة والباردة بجودة عالية. تشغيل الكاشير : إجادة التعامل مع نظام نقاط البيع (POS) والدفع النقدي والإلكتروني بدقة. خدمة العملاء : أسلوب لبق ولطيف مع النزلاء وقدرة على التعامل باحترافية. التواصل : مهارات تواصل جيدة بالعربية والإنجليزية (الأساسية على الأقل). إدارة الوقت : القدرة على إنجاز الطلبات بسرعة مع الحفاظ على الجودة. النظافة والتنظيم : المحافظة على نظافة وترتيب الكوفي بالكامل بشكل يومي. إدارة العمل منفردًا : الاعتماد على النفس في تشغيل الكوفي بشكل كامل (تحضير – تقديم – محاسبة – تنظيف). المرونة : التكيف مع ضغط العمل وأوقات الذروة. المظهر والاحترافية : أن يكون مرتب المظهر، ويمثل صورة الفندق بشكل لائق. الخبرة العملية : خبرة سابقة في نفس المجال لتقليل الحاجة للتدريب الطويل Beverage Preparation : Skilled in preparing high-quality hot and cold drinks. Cashier Handling : Proficient in operating POS systems and handling cash / e-payments accurately. Customer Service : Friendly and professional attitude when dealing with guests. Communication : Good communication skills in Arabic and basic English. Time Management : Ability to serve orders quickly while maintaining quality. Cleanliness & Organization : Keeping the entire café area clean and well-organized. Independent Work : Capable of running the café alone (preparing, serving, cashier, cleaning). Flexibility : Able to adapt to workload changes and handle peak hours. Professional Appearance : Presentable and well-groomed to reflect the hotel’s image. Work Experience : Previous experience in the same field is required.
