Develop and implement the country’s growth strategy in alignment with overall company objectives.
Monitor market dynamics, competition, and regulatory environment to adapt strategies proactively.
Build a strong sales pipeline of new clients across banking, financial institutions, and corporate sectors.
Negotiate and close contracts that contribute to revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
Represent the company in KSA at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Lead and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts in the Kingdom.
Partner with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to maximize value.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Finance, HR) to ensure successful project delivery in KSA.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, labor laws, and industry standards.
