Key Responsibilities

Review the company's updated policies and procedures to ensure their compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and publications.

Work to spread Compliance culture in the company, and raise awareness of Compliance importance.

Ensure receipt of all laws, regulations, and circulars issued by the supervisory authorities and follow up on all company departments in their implementation.

Update compliance policies and procedures.

Identify and deal with all compliance risks and monitor their evolvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in compliance.

Expert in MS Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

High problem-solving skills.

High communication skills.

Previous experience in Fin-Tech Industry.

Any compliance certificate is a big plus.

Saudi Nationalities ONLY.
