We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in the banking domain , possessing at least 3–4 years of continuous experience managing large-scale banking projects . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling multiple complex projects simultaneously , ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with business goals. This is a hybrid role , requiring the candidate to be based in Saudi Arabia .

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale banking and financial services projects.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, QA, and operations.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor and report on progress.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards specific to the banking industry.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations across business units and external vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and team performance.
• Lead project governance, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting.
