Operations Engineer- ( Future Leader Program)

JOB SUMMARY

As an Operation Engineer ( Future Leader Program) you will be undergoing learning in AJEX that will enable you to advance to management positions within the organization. You will be working in various departments to provide overall experience to be more competent in logistic industry. The comprehensive and insightful journey will include orientation, functional job rotation, Job shadowing, Cross-functional projects along with Coaching & mentoring with the industrial experts.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The role holder will be responsible for but not limited to the following :

• Understand each department through their processes and goals
• Provide administrative support
• Get familiar with personnel duties
• Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
• Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
• Create and give presentations
• Identify, research, and develop future business development opportunities
• Source new partnering opportunities to advance goals and bring them forward to business leaders to ensure alignment.
• Lead and co-lead any assigned projects to achieve desired results.
• Closely partnering with Director and chief level leaders across the organization from deal creation through ongoing relationship.
• Constantly perform market research and provide opportunities to improve the organization
• Attend assigned learnings and apply it to the business environment
