HR Specialist – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Overview We seek a dedicated HR Specialist to streamline recruitment, employee management, and compliance processes for a growing organization in Riyadh. The role requires a proactive individual who can support daily HR operations, from hiring to performance management, while ensuring adherence to Saudi labor laws and company policies.
Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end hiring procedures : job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Prepare and process employment contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain employee records, manage onboarding, and coordinate new hire orientation.
Oversee attendance, leave requests, payroll processing, and related reporting.
Support performance evaluations and employee development initiatives.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and administrative matters.
Coordinate with government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, Tamm) for labor compliance documentation.
Assist in policy development, HRIS updates, and HR data analysis for strategic decisions.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR projects and workforce planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2‑3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the KSA, and ideally in retail, hospitality, or industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and GUMMI regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software (e.g., SAP HR, Workday, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience with recruitment platforms (Manasaat, LinkedIn, and other job portals) is preferred.
