What impact you will have

You will play a pivotal role as a

trusted advisor

for facility and infrastructure design, ensuring Submer’s solutions integrate seamlessly with

MEP systems and next-generation data centers . By driving consulting, design, and training engagements, you will influence

strategic and transformational AI data center projects

in Saudi Arabia and across MEA, collaborating with global Submer teams and partners to deliver sustainable infrastructure in line with Vision 2030.

What you’ll do

Lead the

MEP design and integration

of immersion cooling and DC infrastructure.

Act as a

thought leader and advisor

in sustainable data center design, working with EPCs, subcontractors, and partners.

Collaborate with IT / DC architects to deliver

end-to-end technical solutions .

Develop

technical drawings, feasibility studies, BoQs, and proposals

for design & build projects.

Deliver

training, mentoring, and workshops

for customers, resellers, and ecosystem alliances.

Support and influence

strategic and transformational AI / HPC data center projects

in Saudi Arabia and across MEA.

Partner with

Submer Design & Build and global product teams

to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Act as the

voice of the customer , feeding insights into Submer’s product and service roadmap.

Work with ecosystem alliances, including

NVIDIA, Intel, Dell, HP, Supermicro, AMD, and local integrators,

to drive integrated, sustainable facility solutions.

Be willing to

travel extensively across MEA

and work flexibly in hybrid / remote environments.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.

10+ years’ experience

in MEP design & presales for data centers or critical facilities.

Strong expertise in

HVAC, cooling, electrical distribution, and power systems

for MW-scale data centers.

Experience with

chillers, pumps, UPS, PDUs, and BMS / DCIM integration .

Hands-on experience developing

customer-facing proposals and consulting deliverables .

Data center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, or equivalent) preferred.

Familiarity with IT / DC concepts to effectively collaborate with IT-focused architects.
