Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long‑term relationships.
Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide strategic support and solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, support, marketing) to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.
Monitor account health, manage renewals, and identify upsell or cross‑selling opportunities.
Prepare and present regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
Resolve client issues quickly and effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Track account metrics (retention, satisfaction, upsells) and report performance to leadership.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales – preferably in the F&B or technology / POS sector.
Strong understanding of food & beverage operations and POS systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
Experience working with restaurant tech solutions or POS systems.
Bilingual in Arabic and English.
Experience in SaaS or software sales is a plus.
