Position : Saudi Senior Designer (Site Engineer – High-End Interior Finishes)

We seek a well-organized, detail-oriented site engineer with strong leadership skills to oversee our high-end interior projects.

Qualifications & Skills Required :

• Minimum 4 years of experience in execution & finishing of interior projects.
• Proven ability to manage project execution, and supervise teams & suppliers.
• Expertise in cost estimation, quality assurance, and site safety management.
• Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with construction professionals.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Oversee design & build projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution.
• Client Coordination : Understand client needs, take briefs, prepare feasibility reports & design proposals.
• Creative Solutions : Develop innovative interior solutions while maintaining functionality & sustainability.
• Blueprints & Specifications : Produce & modify detailed blueprints as needed.
• Budget & Timeline Control : Ensure projects remain within set budgets & deadlines.
• Site Inspections & Reports : Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress & report updates.
• Cooperation : Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals.
• Industry Compliance : Ensure all work meets specific standards, guidelines & regulations.
• Trend Awareness : Stay updated on architectural innovations & market trends.
