Key Responsibilities

Help prepare project plans and schedules, ensuring all timelines are met Assist in monitoring project milestones and deliverables Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, teams, and clients Compile and maintain project documentation, including reports and presentations Support project managers in resource allocation and budgeting Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies Carry out administrative tasks as assigned, helping maintain organization and efficiency within the project team

Requirements

Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role in project management Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent time management and prioritization abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field preferred Knowledge of construction and design processes is a plus
