Cisco collaboration Engineer

As a Cisco Collaboration Engineer at Müller's Solutions, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco collaboration solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, configure and deploy Cisco collaboration products, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, and implement Cisco collaboration solutions, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), Cisco Webex, and other collaboration products.
• Gather and analyze requirements from clients and stakeholders and develop solution designs that meet their business needs.
• Collaborate with network engineers and other technical teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of Cisco collaboration solutions with network infrastructure.
• Perform system upgrades and deployments of Cisco collaboration products, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to client operations.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Cisco collaboration solutions, addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Follow best practices and industry standards for security, performance, and reliability in the design and implementation of Cisco collaboration solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Cisco collaboration technologies and certifications to enhance expertise and provide innovative solutions to clients.
