API Inspector – 40 Days Shutdown Projects

• Conduct inspection and testing of pressure vessels, storage tanks, piping systems, and other static equipment as per API codes and project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards such as API 510 (Pressure Vessels), API 570 (Piping), API 653 (Storage Tanks) , and ASME codes.
• Perform visual inspection, thickness measurement, hardness testing, and NDT review (RT, UT, MT, PT) as required.
• Review and verify vendor inspection reports, calibration certificates, and material test certificates (MTCs).
• Maintain inspection records, prepare detailed inspection reports, and issue recommendations for repairs or replacements.
• Ensure all inspection activities comply with client requirements, safety regulations, and company QA / QC procedures.
• Participate in turnaround / shutdown inspections and risk-based inspection (RBI) programs.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and project teams for inspection findings and follow-up actions.
• Monitor welding, PWHT, hydrotesting, and other fabrication / repair activities as per approved procedures.
