The Project Manager will be responsible for effective project oversight within our dynamic environment. This role emphasizes managing relationships with stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery, and driving organizational objectives forward. Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and review strategic project plans to meet organizational objectives Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. Foster strong relationships through transparent communication and regular updates Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including budgeting, staffing, and technology, to ensure optimal project execution Proactively identify potential project risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies to avert disruptions Implement quality control measures to ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of excellence Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse project team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement Coordinate strategic planning and goal development, monitoring the achievement of goals and objectives and providing regular updates Provide integrative coordination for the planning, development, and implementation of comprehensive strategic projects Oversee and monitor the performance of assigned operating units, ensuring compliance with policies and operating standards Develop and document operating and administrative policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Requirements

Skill in examining operations and guide and integrate planning processes A collaborative and adaptable approach to working within cross-functional teams Knowledge and experience in the development of reports, enhancing visibility into project progress Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively In-depth knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, with a strong proficiency in agile project management Strong analytical skills to foresee potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate before impacting the project Ability to make informed decisions quickly in response to changing conditions or risk exposure Proficiency in developing and implementing effective contingency and recovery plans Cost control and management monitoring and managing the expenses of a project to prevent budget overruns Qualifications

Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field A minimum of 2 years of project management experience Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in team and project management tools Excellent English & Arabic communication skills, conveying complex information clearly and concisely Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred Must be a Saudi national Seniority level
