Officer – RE Document Control
is responsible for managing and maintaining all project-related documentation. The role ensures proper document tracking, version control, and compliance with company standards to support smooth project coordination and communication. Responsibilities
Maintain and update document control systems for all real estate projects. Ensure proper registration, filing, and distribution of drawings, contracts, and correspondence. Track document revisions and ensure only the latest versions are in circulation. Support project teams by providing accurate and timely access to required documents. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure documentation compliance. Prepare reports and logs for document status, submittals, and approvals. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
in
Business Administration ,
Engineering , or a related field. 3–5 years
of experience in
document control , preferably in
real estate or construction projects . Strong knowledge of
EDMS systems
(such as Aconex, SharePoint, or Primavera Unifier). Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Proficiency in
MS Office
and strong communication skills in
English
(Arabic is a plus). Seniority level
