Job descriptionProven experience as a Project Manager in Telecom and IT sectors. Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices, specifically in Telecom and IT. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate diverse teams. In-depth understanding of Telecom technologies and IT project management. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the Telecom or IT sector. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Solid understanding of Telecom technologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience managing complex Telecom and IT projects. Familiarity with Agile & Waterfall project management methodologies.

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that drive our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Managing the full project lifecycle for Telecom and IT projects, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and expectations.
- Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Monitoring project progress, managing any constraints, and addressing issues as they arise.
- Maintaining project documentation, including contracts, change requests, and client communications.
- Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and align with industry regulations and standards.
- Providing regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
