Who you are :

As a Consumer Residential Lending Specialist, you will manage lending activities for a small geographic region or portfolio. You will develop and market to a network of referral sources to originate loans. Using data-driven insights regarding potential referral sources across your market area, you will ensure calling efforts achieve penetration throughout the region. More importantly, this role is about building relationships with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.

What you’ll do :

• Initiate and maintain contact with mortgage lenders & brokers, home improvement & pool contractors, real estate agents, and other referral sources to build a network of community partners connecting Frost with potential customers.
• Serve as a backup and assist senior staff when necessary to ensure excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and accurate loan processing and closing.
• Act as a liaison between branches and the main office, reporting changes in prices and market conditions.
• Stay updated on government regulations and communicate changes to staff.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and applicable federal / state laws and regulations.
• Always act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve win-win outcomes.
