About the Role As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and optimizing technology-driven solutions for a portfolio of flagship projects. You’ll work alongside visionary leaders, digital architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure every solution is aligned with both business strategy and user experience excellence.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with diverse stakeholders—C-level executives, technical teams, and external partners—to identify, prioritize, and document business requirements for groundbreaking tech initiatives.

Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (BRDs, user stories, process flows, functional specs) for complex digital transformation and UX / CX projects.

Champion customer-centric thinking, embedding UX / CX best practices into every solution.

Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and training events to drive collaboration and knowledge-sharing across high-performing teams.

Evaluate business processes, uncover opportunities for innovation, and design solutions that leverage the latest technologies.

Communicate insights, progress, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring buy-in at every level.

Monitor project milestones, resolve challenges, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Support testing, validation, and rollout of new systems, ensuring compliance with KSA regulations (PDPL, NDMO) and global best practices.

What You Bring

Saudi National

(Saudization) with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Computer Science.

5–7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within digital transformation, UX / CX, e-commerce, fintech, or the public sector.

Proven hands-on expertise in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and documentation (BRDs, user stories, process flows).

Advanced skills in

Jira, Notion, Google Docs ; experienced with BPMN tools (Draw.io, Lucidchart, Visio).

Strong grasp of

Hybrid Agile

methodologies; Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English and Arabic; confident communicator across all levels, from C-suite to technical teams.

Experience facilitating workshops and user training sessions.

In-depth knowledge of the Saudi regulatory environment (PDPL, NDMO).
