We’re bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now.Key ResponsibilitiesTransport Materials & Equipment : Safely transport building materials, machinery, and tools to the construction site, as well as between different parts of the site.Personnel Transport : Safely transport workers and supervisors to and from the construction site.Site Vehicle Maintenance : Perform routine checks on the construction vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition, including fuel, oil, and tire checks.Load and Unload Cargo : Assist with loading and unloading heavy materials and equipment at the site, ensuring that they are securely fastened during transport.Safety Compliance : Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and construction site regulations. Maintain safety equipment and ensure that materials are handled in a safe manner.Delivery Coordination : Coordinate with site management to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment, meeting project deadlines.Record Keeping : Maintain detailed records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and any incidents that occur during transportation.Emergency Assistance : Provide support in case of vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or other emergencies on the site.QualificationsExperience : Has driving experience, ideally in a construction or industrial setting.Valid Driver’s License : A valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) and a clean driving record.Physical Requirements : Ability to lift heavy items, operate heavy machinery, and work in various weather conditions.Safety Training : Knowledge of construction site safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).Communication Skills : Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with site managers, crew members, and delivery personnel.Time Management : Ability to follow schedules, ensure timely deliveries, and manage multiple tasks effectivelyMoving forward togetherWe’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can bring themselves, and are heard.
