Responsibilities

• Inspection & Testing : Oversee visual and mechanical inspections of coatings, ensuring they meet specifications and standards.
• Material Selection : Ensure correct coatings and materials are used, and perform necessary tests for compliance.
• Documentation : Maintain inspection records, generate reports, and document non-conformities.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to safety, environmental regulations, and quality standards (e.g., NACE, SSPC).
• Supervision : Manage and train coating teams to apply coatings correctly and safely.
• Non-Conformance : Investigate and resolve issues with coating applications and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordination : Work with project management and other teams to meet timelines and quality goals.
• Equipment Maintenance : Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of coating application tools.
