Manufacturing, Petrochemical, EPC Contractors, and other Industrial Clients . This role requires a sales leader with a consultative approach, proven client acquisition skills, and the ability to execute effective sales strategies to expand market presence. Qualifications : 8–10 years of proven sales experience in engineering solutions, outsourcing services, or industrial technology solutions. Strong network and established relationships within
Manufacturing, Petrochemical, and EPC sectors in Saudi Arabia . Demonstrated success in consultative selling, client acquisition, and long-cycle sales processes. Deep understanding of industrial sales strategies, proposal development, and contract negotiation. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with strong business acumen. Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian industrial market landscape and business culture. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial, Business Administration, or related field. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate manufacturing, petrochemical, EPC, and other industrial sectors in Saudi Arabia. Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through proactive client prospecting and relationship-building. Drive end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders. Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to ensure tailored solutions meet client requirements.
