Quality Assurance Auditor

As a Quality Assurance Auditor at Ninja, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within our operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough audits of processes and documentation, developing audit plans, and preparing detailed reports on your findings. You will work collaboratively with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions against identified non‑conformities.

Key tasks will involve managing supplier audits, ensuring compliance with ISO, GMP, and other relevant standards, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Your keen eye for detail will help us maintain rigorous quality standards, ultimately contributing to our commitment to excellence.

Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess :

5-7 years of experience in quality assurance or auditing.

Strong familiarity with quality management systems and standards (ISO, GMP, HACCP).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

The ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Proficiency in documentation and audit reporting.

A robust understanding of industry‑specific compliance requirements.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field.

Relevant certifications (such as ISO Auditor / Lead Auditor) will be considered an advantage.
