As a Barista, you will be at the forefront of our coffee service, creating memorable experiences for our customers through your knowledge of coffee beverages and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality drinks, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café area, and ensuring that every guest feels valued and satisfied. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and refreshments following standard recipes Engage with customers to provide information about menu items and recommend drinks Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas Ensure that coffee equipment is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues Handle cash and process payments accurately, following company procedures Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experience during peak hours Stay updated on coffee trends and menu changes to better assist customers Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in a café or restaurant is preferred Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Food safety and hygiene knowledge would be an advantage Additional information
