Overview Calo Logistics Coordinator — Calo launched in Bahrain in November 2019. Calo is on a goal to make healthy easy by giving better, quicker, and less expensive ways to access food with technology. To function as the Logistics Planner at Calo, to supervise and assist with the delivery operations of our firm. You will coordinate workers and processes to achieve the efficient circulation of prepared meals. The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation abilities and is skilled in logistics management concepts and methods. The goal is to guarantee the smooth operations of a range of networks for maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities

Route day-to-day shipments using technology to guarantee deliveries reach customers on time and within the distribution window

Ensure deliveries are detected on time by having drivers arrive on schedule and in different time ports

Produce delivery areas and assign drivers with a continuous focus on expanding distribution coverage within the region

Display and document the driver's perspective with clients and apply standard operating procedures as required

Record day-to-day job tasks and preserve daily attendance for all drivers as well as helpers

Maintain an absolutely no error delivery precision with the delivery group

Respond promptly to the CX team to ensure all customers' requests are fulfilled

Preserve driver presence records, hygiene, and look according to HACCP requirements

Communicate directly with the Calo Dev. and Product team whenever bugs show up on the application

Make hiring suggestions and offer recurring training for chauffeurs

Collaborate with Calo Finance team and within the monthly Driver Benefit code to compensate high performing drivers

Keep the day-to-day vehicle temperature log

Conduct training for all new drivers on Calo SOPs, Driver app use, and customer care

Qualifications

Must have had a minimum of 2 years of previous proven experience and at least 1 year in Jeddah city as a logistics planner or comparable function

Must have terrific record-keeping capacities as well as a customer-oriented method

Accustomed to optimizing motorist's paths making use of modern technology

Must be a skilled communicator in English

Must be skillful with Microsoft workplace tools

Experience in customer support will certainly be a plus

Capability to work with little supervision and also track multiple processes
