This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician located in Riyadh Region. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, providing field service support, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Daily tasks include diagnosing technical problems, replacing faulty parts, and conducting periodic maintenance checks to ensure the optimal functioning of medical equipment. Responsibilities
Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of medical equipment for turnkey clinic projects. Support site readiness and coordinate with contractors during clinic fit-outs. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure high-quality service delivery. Work closely with project managers, vendors, and clinical teams to deliver projects on time. Provide technical training and handover to hospital / clinic staff. Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in medical equipment service & installations in KSA. Strong background in turnkey healthcare installations (clinics, hospitals, medical centers). Ability to read technical drawings and supervise site preparation. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency preferred. Based in Riyadh with flexibility to travel across KSA if required. Seniority level
