We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, resolving inquiries and complaints, and providing excellent customer service. Requirements

Fluent in English and Hindi Excellent communication skills No prior call center experience required Willing to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible shifts Indian nationality preferred Must have a valid visa and be willing to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information or assistance with their inquiries Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve complaints Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers Update customer records and ensure accurate documentation of interactions Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution Meet individual and team targets for call quality, quantity, and customer satisfaction Continuously develop product knowledge to provide better assistance to customers Benefits
