Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Good understanding of the Saudi FinTech / SME credit market. Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Our client, a fast-growing Saudi-based FinTech company, is looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join their commercial team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving merchant acquisition, managing client relationships , and expanding the company’s footprint in the SME Financing and BNPL ecosystem .
Key Responsibilities
- Drive merchant acquisition and account growth.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation and pitching to onboarding, renewals, and upselling.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integrations and client solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasts, ensuring pipeline visibility and accountability.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall commercial growth.
