Job Summary

The BD Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role reports directly to the BD manager and involve travel within the country as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Actively seek potential customers, establish contact through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media, understand customer needs, and introduce the company's business and advantages.
• Maintain existing customer relationships, regularly follow up with customers, collect customer feedback, resolve customer issues, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct in-depth follow-up visits to key customers once a quarter and develop targeted maintenance plans.
• Other tasks assigned by the BD Manager
