The Assystem Safety & Risk business unit has over 20 years’ experience, delivering bespoke, high‑quality safety, risk, and reliability consultancy services to high‑hazard industries. We help our clients to minimise risk, delivering improved safety and security and fostering a nuclear safety and risk‑aware culture. Assystem Safety & Risk delivers an integrated and cost‑effective service that includes Safety Case, Human & Organisational Factors (HOF), Risk & Reliability (Including Probabilistic Safety Assessment), Security & Resilience, and Process Safety.
We use deterministic and probabilistic techniques to help our clients to assess the risk associated with facilities and activities and confirm that risks are reduced to a level that is As Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP).
Job Description
Corporate Matters :
- Preparing all the relevant corporate documentation within Assystem Radicon in KSA (annual shareholders meetings, annual account approvals, appointment of the board, POA, etc.)
- Providing support on real estate (lease agreements)
- Developing the organization’s policies on corporate governance or regulatory affairs
- Ensuring compliance with the approval procedures required by Assystem Group
- Advising executives within Assystem Radicon
- Overseeing the issuance and maintenance of required licenses related to Ministry of Investment
- Providing support for M&A transactions, LOI, SPA, shareholders agreements
Bid Reviews :
Analyzing, preparing, reviewing the legal documents for the bid offers, the requests for proposals with the project teamNegotiating and writing commercial contracts (among other EPCM contracts, consortium agreements, joint venture, MOU, bank guarantees, parent company guaranties, sub‑contracts, legal scheme of the projects, suppliers’ contracts, license’s agreements, lease agreements, IT contracts, NDA, LOI, etc.)Advising executives on relevant legal issues of the businessProtecting patents, trademarks, and industrial designsHandling export control issuesProject Reviews :
