Overview

Returns supervisor. Duty for the general monitoring of returned items / goods into the stockroom. The role will include the advancement, efficiency and also upkeep of the storage facility, inventory of returns / stock control to generate an efficient system as well as invoices solution, making best use of performance against pre-agreed targets as well as control. Responsibilities

Manages whole returns location as well as staff. Audits Returns Reason Codes being used by Returns Associates. Audits that pieces returned are not sent back incorrectly (e.g., ensuring items returned match what is supposed to be returned). Audits that re-wrap succeeded. Provide monthly coverage on content and layout as agreed or as required. Preserve accurate records. Send insurance claim reports for the required instances. Job Demands / Qualifications

Certification : Diploma or BS degree in logistics, supply chain administration or business management. Experience : 0-2 years of experience.
