Role Summary
As an On-ground Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for guests visiting the Kingdom — including Umrah pilgrims and leisure travellers. This includes welcoming them at airports, assisting with transfers, coordinating hotel check-ins, and supporting their overall travel itinerary. The role demands strong customer service, operational coordination, and local area knowledge to ensure guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests at the airport, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
- Coordinate and monitor transportation arrangements, including airport transfers and intercity travel.
- Accompany groups or individuals during hotel check-ins and ensure rooming arrangements are accurate.
- Support daily tour or activity operations, including liaising with drivers, guides, and hotel representatives.
- Provide clear communication and real-time updates to the operations team and customers.
- Handle guest inquiries, issues, or emergencies efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure services are delivered as per itinerary and company standards.
- Maintain good relations with local partners, hotels, and transport providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Possess knowledge of Umrah procedures and sites to assist guests undertaking Umrah as part of their travel.
Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of on-ground or tour operations experience with a DMC, travel agency, or tour operator.Excellent customer handling and communication skills.Strong organizational and coordination abilities.Fluency in English and Arabic (additional languages a plus).Good knowledge of the region; Makkah, Madinah, and Jeddah.Valid KSA driving license and car preferred.Flexible to work in shifts and during peak travel seasons.#J-18808-Ljbffr
