Undertake day to day delivery of all MEP management tasksDevelop the client brief into Project MEP Execution Plan to suit the specific requirements of the project
• Oversee the Construction Supervision Consultant and ensure they are undertaking their works in accordance with their contract## ##
• Qualifications
• Bachelor in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline
• 8+ years of progressive MEP engineering experience in commercial real estate or construction
• Strong knowledge of building codes and standards
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities
