Accountant Assistant

We are searching for a motivatedAccounting Assistant who is an excellent multitasker with exceptionalcommunication and time management skills. Accounting Assistants can expect toassist the Accounting department with data entry, processing, and recordingtransactions, updating the ledger, assisting with audits or fact-checking, andpreparing budgets and reports. You should be thorough, accurate, and honestwith good bookkeeping skills.

• Providingsupport to the Accounting Department.
• Performingbasic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processingthe mail, etc.
• Processingtransactions, issuing checks, bank transfer, and updating ledgers, budgets,etc.
• Preparingfinancial reports.
• Assistingwith audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or associate’s degree in accounting field with work experience.
