Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, including billing, payroll, expense tracking, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience and be capable of handling all aspects of accounting independently within a small business environment. Experience with Zoho Books or Zoho One is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Issue and record invoices (accounts receivable and payable)
- Process payroll and ensure timely employee payments
- Manage employee reimbursements and company expenses
- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Handle bank reconciliations and wire transfers
- Follow up on collections and payment reminders
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
- Assist with preparing tax filings and liaising with auditors if needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3–5 years of hands-on accounting experienceProficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting tools (Zoho preferred)Knowledge of VAT compliance and financial reportingStrong command of English and Arabic is a plus
