Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
The Group seeks an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with strong strategic and leadership expertise to direct its financial systems and drive sustainable financial transformation.
The CFO plays a central role in defining the Group’s financial policy, ensuring operational efficiency, maximizing profitability, and building a resilient financial framework that supports long‑term growth. Acting as a trusted partner to the CEO and the Board, the CFO leads strategic decision‑making, risk management, and capital structure optimization to enhance returns and enterprise value.
Core Objectives
- Design and execute the Group’s financial strategy to achieve sustainable growth and long‑term profitability.
- Lead capital structure and funding roadmap.
- Develop Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) functions to deliver data‑driven insights supporting executive decisions.
- Strengthen financial governance and internal controls in compliance with Board standards and IFRS / ZATCA regulations.
- Build and manage strong relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions to support growth and funding.
Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities
Oversee comprehensive financial planning ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and long‑term objectives.Lead capital raising initiatives and manage investor relations.Provide strategic recommendations to the Board on financial performance and future investment opportunities.Ensure strict compliance with regulatory frameworks (ZATCA, IFRS) and Board governance standards.Direct finance, accounting, and procurement teams, fostering a high‑performance and compliance‑driven culture.Oversee treasury, liquidity, and cash flow optimization to sustain financial stability.Manage financial risks and opportunities through predictive analysis and performance dashboards.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent field. Master’s degree in Financial Management is preferred.
Professional Certifications
Prestigious professional certifications such as CMA, CPA / SOCPA, ACCA, and CFA are considered core requirements for this position, preferably supported by advanced qualifications in Risk Management or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS Diploma).
Professional Experience
Minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in executive roles within holding or multi‑sector environments. Proven expertise in capital structuring, funding, and investor relations.
Technical & Professional Expertise
Deep understanding of IFRS, ZATCA, and Saudi regulatory frameworks.Strong capabilities in FP&A, risk management, and financial governance.Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and digital finance transformation.Expertise in large‑scale project financing.Data‑driven strategic decision‑making using predictive analytics.Leadership & Personal Attributes
