About the role

As Exhibition Buyer Manager at RX, you’ll lead the development and delivery of buyer acquisition strategies, while working with teams across a matrix organization. You'll work alongside a talented and dedicated group of professionals who are passionate about creating exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of buyer acquisition and conversion for your events
• Shape and execute visitor and buyer recruitment strategies aligned with event objectives and audience segmentation.
• Build and manage high‑value buyer relationships (individual and group) , ensuring satisfaction, retention, and event ROI.
• Effectively manage large scale, senior stakeholders, ensuring clear and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and event technology teams to drive optimum matchmaking outcomes
• Analyse buyer data to inform buyer programme improvements and present strategic insights to leadership.
• Attend major events to support buyer experience, provide real‑time issue resolution, and represent the RX brand.
