E Commerce Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to increase traffic and conversions across all online platforms.
• Managing product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing to enhance visibility and appeal.
• Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborating with marketing teams to create and execute online promotions, campaigns, and advertising initiatives.
• Monitoring and optimizing website performance, user experience, and SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
• Utilizing analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep our e-commerce strategies competitive.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, and a passion for online retail. You should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, experience in fabrics and textiles is a plus.
